Install WPChatbot in 5 minutes

No code. Works with any theme, Elementor, Gutenberg, Divi.

1. Installation

Buy a plan → check email for wpchatbot.zip + license key.
In wp-admin go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → upload zip → Activate.
Go to WPChatbot → Settings → paste license key → Activate.

2. Sync your content

Click Sync now. We index posts, pages, products, FAQs. Re-sync is automatic on publish/update. Exclude pages under WPChatbot → Sources (e.g. /cart, /checkout, /my-account).

✓ Tip: add a crisp FAQ page + shipping/refund policy — resolution rate jumps ~25%.

3. Customize widget

Color, position (bottom-right/left), avatar, greeting (English/Hindi).
Tone: Friendly / Professional. Fallback: WhatsApp number or contact form.
Toggle Show chatbot → Clear cache (LiteSpeed / WP Rocket) → done.

4. WooCommerce setup

Enable WooCommerce answers to reply on price, stock, COD, shipping & returns from live product data. Enable Product recommendations + Abandoned-cart coupon to recover checkouts.

6. Troubleshooting

Widget not visible? Clear cache + check “Show on” rules (all pages?).
“License invalid”? One key per plan limit — deactivate old staging domain first.
Wrong answers? Check Sources — remove thin/duplicate pages, re-sync.
