WPChatbot is a WordPress plugin that adds an AI chatbot to your website. When you pay, you get a 12-month license for the plan you choose — Single Site (1 website), Growth (5 websites) or Agency Unlimited (unlimited client websites) — plus plugin updates, AI answering service and support for the license period.
- India: ₹3,999 / ₹7,999 / ₹14,999 per year, paid via Cashfree (UPI, cards, netbanking, EMI). Prices include GST breakup shown at checkout; a GST invoice is emailed for every payment.
- Outside India: $49 / $99 / $199 per year via international card payment. A tax invoice/receipt is emailed for every payment.
- We may revise prices for new purchases or renewals, but your active license year is never re-priced mid-term.
- One license key covers the number of live websites in your plan (staging/dev copies don't count).
- Please don't resell, redistribute, publish or share the plugin zip or your license key publicly. Agency customers may install it on client sites they manage — that's what the plan is for.
- We may deactivate keys that are leaked publicly or abused (e.g. one Single key on 40 sites). We'll warn you first wherever possible.
- Licenses last 12 months. We don't auto-charge you — renewal is a fresh manual payment whenever you choose.
- To cancel, simply don't renew. Nothing to click, no retention calls.
- If you don't renew, AI answers, content sync and updates stop at expiry, and the widget gracefully falls back to a contact-form mode. Your WordPress site itself is never affected.

- Unlimited chats means genuine visitor traffic, not botnets, scraping or reselling raw AI access to third parties.
- Don't use the chatbot for unlawful, deceptive or harmful content. You're responsible for what you choose to sync and publish through it.
- The chatbot answers from your content; while we work hard on accuracy (grounded answers + citations), AI can make mistakes — please review important answers, and don't rely on it for legal, medical or financial advice without human review.
Support is provided over email and WhatsApp, 10am–8pm IST, with replies typically within 2 hours on business days. We target high availability for the answering service but can't promise 100% uptime; scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
The plugin, website and brand remain our intellectual property. Your website content remains 100% yours — we use it only to answer your visitors and never train public AI models on it. Data handling follows our privacy practices shared at checkout and support.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect losses like lost profits or missed leads.
